Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags remain securely attached.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
